Model ZJ-1/22.5-III cylinder test pressure unit is the third generation of improved model test pressure unit. Compared with former two generations, the main feature is to adopt pneumatic unit tipping water reset and pneumatic clamping mechanism. It overcomes many malpractices of electric mode dipping water reset and improves further the reliability of the equipment and the convenience of operation. The reset location and dipping angel of the pneumatic unit are determined through the initial and terminal locations of the cylinder. Therefore, the dipping water angle is stable, the reset is reliable, and the tipping angle of the steel cylinder can conduct infinitely variable speeds through the silencing throttle valve on the Dipping Water Reset manual control valve, the operation is convenient and reliable.
